New neighbors put their border collie puppy out in the yard every morning for a half hour barking session. Is there some way to get him to stop? He is uncontrolled on leash too, pulling the owner around who is trying to also manage another dog, so I’m not confident she has the ability or desire or knowledge of how to deal with the barking.
I’ve heard of devices you can hang in your yard that emit an irritating sound that humans can’t hear. They go off when the dog barks but I’d have to think they’d go off for other sounds as well, meaning the dog would keep getting its ears zapped. As far as I know they come with a guarantee so if it didn’t work you could return it.
